We are a completely independent "tier-one" internet service provider, connecting
directly to the internet backbone using our own wholly owned and managed network
infrastructure. This allows us to offer web hosting and internet services with levels
of reliability, availability and backup typically only supported by significantly
larger players. To this end we have hosted a series of very high profile websites
that have achieved hit rates in the millions per day.
This gives us the unique advantage of being able to provide end-to-end solutions
for all our clients web-based requirements, removing the need to engage separate
companies for separate facilities. Once we have built the web solution, we can then
follow up by offering domain registration, website hosting, internet connectivity,
email access, website promotion, reporting and statistics. Our diverse experience
of this field, coupled with our extensive network infrastructure, means we are able
to accommodate virtually any requirement asked.

Intuitiv have wholly owned and operated cabinets and networking infrastructure in
London Docklands, Telehouse East, where we connect directly onto the UK Internet
backbone via our transit connections. We have our own independently allocated (RIPE)
IP address block and AS number (AS16174), giving us complete autonomy and independence
from other network providers, and making us a "Tier One" Internet Service Provider.
London Telehouse is the primary hub of all UK Internet traffic,
where all the major UK Internet Service providers peer with each other.
One of these cabinets is dedicated purely to the hosting of our routing equipment,
that gives us our highly resilient and secure connection to the backbone. Intuitiv
use BGP4 to advertise our Internet routing across our multiple transit connections.
Intuitiv have two separate Cisco routers within the routing cabinet, each having
their own independent transit connections that allow them to guarantee connectivity
totally autonomously in the event of failure of either router. Each router then
has its own VLAN into seperate Cisco Catalyst Switches from which our Internal Network/
Servers connect to the Internet.
the Telehouse cabinets offer full uninterruptable power supply/ spike protection,
and benefit from the comprehensive levels of security and disaster recovery
HSRP is used to present a single "floating" IP address as a gateway to our network,
which will again allow for the failure of either router. Each router also has the Cisco Firewall and Intrusion Detection Feature Packs installed
for maximum protection against any form of malicious attack.
Intuitiv has separate dedicated cabinets for the co-location of its own and client
servers - these can be multi-honed, using dual Ethernet connections to separate
Catalyst switches to allow for failure of either of these switches.
The Telehouse Cabinets offer full uninterruptable power supply/ spike protection,
and benefit from comprehensive levels of security and disaster recovery maintained
throughout the site.
